International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland & China
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes vary by country and local courier services.

• Customs processing may extend the delivery time.

• Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

USA Additional Fees:

• Tariff duty: 10%

• Processing fee: $1.69 USD per parcel

Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help. We offer a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability). Original delivery costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage will be paid by the customer prior to the time of returning.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• At least 3 clear, well-lit photos of the product and packaging
